Performance Testing

Interactive voice response system (IVR), with voice processing cards and T1 and/or POTS FXO interfaces. TSP Edge configuration:

Production Testing

Typical integrated access device (IAD), with one T1 (E1 or PRI) and multiple POTS FXS interfaces. TSP Edge configuration:

	deliver, monitor, and analyze test functions

Quality of Service Testing

Switching system with POTS (FXS) interface at station (line) and/or trunk levels. TSP Edge configuration:
	FXO modules (up to 24 channels)
	schedule call generation w/answer detect
	generates simultaneous calls on all channels to validate ongoing system performance

Product Training

Customer premises equipment (CPE), with POTS FXO and/or T1 interfaces. TSP Edge configuration:
	T1 and/or FXS module
	run in switch emulation mode
	simulates switched network environment

Pre-installation Testing

Test call routing and wiring. Verify that calls can be originated and terminated from PBX before going live. TSP Edge configuration:
	T1 and/or FXS/FXO modules
	dialed or switch emulation mode
	simulates CO providing circuits to your system
