With the TSP Edge software, you can configure key audio parameters including call timing, progress sequences, encoding formats, signaling protocols, and audio messages. Diagnostic tools such as channel trace and event logs provide tracking and troubleshooting capabilities. Set up and store configurations for multiple test setups; quickly change configurations without reprogramming your unit.

Test Automation Interface

The TSP Edge provides an API to industry-standard test automation languages (TCL and LabView) for powerful testing applications, especially in automated production test environments. The Test Automation Interface is supported via Windows® DDE or TCP links.

Advanced Test Scripting Software Module

This optional module (TSP-ATS) enables you to create scripts for multilevel, interactive testing of IVR and other CTI systems. Set up your test scenarios to use the TSP’s powerful capabilities in any required sequence.
