Teltone Adds IP Capabilities to its Gauntlet Secure
Communications Solution

In addition to Gauntlet’s secure dial-up capabilities, version 2.0 includes protection for Internet Protocol (IP) based communication architectures.

The Gauntlet system consists of four interrelated software and hardware components:

• Server: centralized software for user and asset management
• Client: software on user PC required for access to substation devices
• Dial-up Gateway: secure line sharing switch
