Teltone Introduces Scripting Resources for
TSP Edge Users

With the Edge’s scripting feature, users can create test scenarios ranging from simple go and no-go functional testing in production automated test environments, to highly sophisticated tests in development and QA design validation environments. ScriptBuilder Utility
The ScriptBuilder application, included with the TSP Edge Advanced Test Scripting software module, provides a user-friendly, flow chart style interface for intuitive, speedy script writing. Tedious, error-prone script writing is eliminated with its many shortcuts and navigation aids.

Custom Scripting Services
For situations where a customer’s scripting requirements exceed their resources, Teltone offers expert script development services. Benefits to the customer include faster time to market, no need to add personnel or train existing staff on complex scripting, and the assurance that their script will work as required.

New Scripting Guide
Teltone has released a new TSP Edge Scripting Guide, which provides extensive step-by-step instructions and application examples for script development using the TSP Edge ScriptBuilder utility. The guide includes a detailed description of the ScriptBuilder interface and functions; scripting examples with detailed explanations for IVR, notification and automated test applications, plus additional training resources.

Sample Scripts
To assist developers in efficient script building, Teltone provides a library of downloadable script samples. Considerable time and effort can be saved by using a sample script as a starting point. The script samples cover a wide range applications, including telecom interface protocols, call origination and termination, audio playback, voice detection, DTMF send and receive, and more.
